This product has an excellent flavor.Many times sorghum has a slight aftertaste. While this aftertaste is not bad it would be better if it were not present. Hubert`s sorghum has no aftertaste, it is DELIGHTFUL.I have never had a better tasting sorghum !

Excellent. Rich, dense flavor but not overpowering. Our new go-to for pancakes, french toast, scratch buttermilk biscuits, corn fritters, and oatmeal. Roasted fresh squash cubes yesterday and added a dallop that pulled together the other seasonings. Purchased three pints, gifted two, kept one. Same response as mine from family having been gifted a pint… EXCELLENT!
