Terms of Service
By using this website or placing an order with Half A Pond LLC, including Kentucky Rebel Scum, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel and refund orders when necessary due to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, product availability, or other reasonable circumstances.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Order Cancellations
Orders for in-stock products may be cancelled before shipment.
Needlepoint canvases and other made-to-order products are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be cancellable once production has begun.
Shipping
Shipping and fulfillment times are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Needlepoint products may have substantially longer production times than in-stock merchandise.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged-order claims are governed by our Refund Policy.
Food Products
Hot sauces and other food products may contain ingredients or levels of heat that are unsuitable for some individuals. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and ingredient disclosures before consumption.
Wholesale
Wholesale inquiries should be sent to travis@halfapond.com. Retail website pricing and terms do not automatically apply to wholesale purchases.
Website and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors may occur. Product appearance, packaging, colors, and other details may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.
Intellectual Property
The Kentucky Rebel Scum and Half A Pond names, logos, artwork, product names, photographs, designs, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission from Half A Pond LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Half A Pond LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.
Arbitration and Disputes
Any dispute arising from or relating to this website, an order, or a product purchased from Half A Pond LLC will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court, except where applicable law allows a claim to be brought in small claims court.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Claims may not be brought or resolved as part of a class, collective, or representative action unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
